Lifts: Day 1 – Hang Snatch(B3), Pullover & Push(B43), Clean & Press Behind Neck(B2), Ciavattone Deadlift(C13)
Lifts: Day 2 – One Hand Deadlift(C7), Pullover at Arms Length(E11) , 2×1″ Vertical Bars(F32)
The entry fee is $75 which includes a meet t-shirt
