A great Single Arm Competition at Frank Allens on Saturday, good to see Frank up and about and looking
well. We had thirteen lifters on the platform and the lifting was excellent. Best Junior was Joshua Hulse,
Best Female was Chloe Brennan Best Open Lifter was Matt Wells and Best Masters and Overall Best Lifter
