The Lifters and Officials of the 2022 Southern Cup

MetamorFIT gym in Eastbourne were once again the hosts for the I.A.W.A. Southern Cup.

10 Lifters competed showing their skills in the One Hand Dumbbell Swing, Snatch from Hang and the Trap Bar Deadlift.

The overall champion and Best Masters lifter was Roger Davis

Best Open Male Lifter – Sam Bonar

Best Open Female Lifter – Beata Banas

Best Masters Female Lifter – Jenny Watson
